I've been spending some time thinking about this topic for a little while, and I'm on the fence as to which direction would be the most beneficial to the ecommerce industry. After spending some time working with the development environments for both, I can see that either case would be a significant investment of time and resources to develop in house, and the outsourced services for creating these technologies don't come cheap. So I've decided to ask for your opinions. Which is a better use of company time and money? Iphone or Desktop apps? Looking forward to see what everyone has to say.
